Ingredients
- 2 cups of sliced cabbage
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and sauté until soft.
- Add the cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Place a quarter of the vegetable mixture on each chapati.
- Roll the chapatis tightly around the filling.
