    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups water
    • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut milk
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and sliced
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes

    Steps:

    1. Rinse the glutinous rice until the water runs clear. Soak in water for at least an hour or overnight.
    2. Drain the rice and steam for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
    3. While the rice is cooking, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
