    Recipe Description

    A vibrant and tangy green sauce made with fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil, perfect for drizzling over grilled vegetables.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup fresh parsley
    • 4 cloves garlic
    • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves
    • 1/2 cup olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Steps:

    1. Combine parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a food processor.
    2. Pulse until herbs are finely chopped.
    3. Transfer to a bowl and stir in olive oil and red wine vinegar.
    4. Adjust seasoning as needed. Let it sit for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
