Ingredients
- 2 cups short-grain rice
- 1 cup chestnuts, peeled
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 sheet nori, shredded for garnish
- Spring onions, chopped for garnish
