Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Steps:
- Mash chickpeas in a large bowl until no whole pieces are left.
