    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup plant-based butter
    • 1/4 cup cold water
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 cup plant-based milk
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Steps:

    1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut in the plant-based butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually add cold water, stirring until dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
