Ingredients
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cold vegan butter
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut the cold vegan butter into the dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.

- In a separate bowl, mix almond milk and vanilla extract.

- Form into a disc and cut into 8 wedges.
- Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
