Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tablespoons flaxseed meal mixed with 6 tablespoons water)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for frying

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
