Packed with the goodness of spinach and the aromatic flavor of garlic, these vegan Garlic Spinach Dumplings are an easy and delicious finger food perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup tofu crumbles
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pack of vegan dumpling wrappers
- water for steaming
Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Combine the tofu, salt, and pepper into the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Let the filling cool before wrapping.
- Place a small portion of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and press to seal securely.
- Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes or until the wrappers become translucent.
