Recipe Description

Packed with the goodness of spinach and the aromatic flavor of garlic, these vegan Garlic Spinach Dumplings are an easy and delicious finger food perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup tofu crumbles
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pack of vegan dumpling wrappers
  • water for steaming

Steps:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Combine the tofu, salt, and pepper into the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Let the filling cool before wrapping.
  4. Place a small portion of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper, moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and press to seal securely.
  5. Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes or until the wrappers become translucent.
