    Ingredients

    • 1 ripe mango, sliced
    • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
    • 4 nori sheets
    • soy sauce, for serving
    • wasabi, for serving
    • pickled ginger, for serving

    Steps:

    1. Spread sushi rice on a nori sheet, leaving a small margin at the top.
    2. Arrange slices of mango and avocado on the rice.
    3. Roll up the sushi tightly using a bamboo mat.
    4. Cut into pieces and serve with soy products.
