Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch, and water. Stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the filling is set.
Allow to cool before serving.
