- 1 large head of cabbage, sliced into 4 thick steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion coverage.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
