Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage, sliced into 4 thick steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each cabbage steak with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion coverage.
