Steps:
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant but not browned.
- Pour in the beer and vegetable broth, then season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
