Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon cumin
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Chop the cauliflower into bite-sized floret sand place them in a large bowl.
 - Add olive oil, cumin, papara, chili.combat powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
 - Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, mixing halfway through.
