Recipe Description

Soft and fluffy buns filled with sweet red bean paste, perfect for an addition to dinner, or a snack be it in the middle of the day or late at night!

Ingredients

  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 250ml warm water
  • 50g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 200g red bean paste

Steps:

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and vegetable oil. Add yeast mixture and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover dough with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into small pieces and flatten each piece. Fill with a spoonful of red bean paste and shape into buns.
  5. Place buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another 30 minutes.
