Ingredients
- 400g silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 200ml vegan dashi
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Oil for frying
- Green onions (for garnish)
- Grated daikon (for garnish)
Steps:
- Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry.
- Dust tofu cubes lightly with cornstarch.
- Heat oil and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
