    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds potatoes, boiled and mashed
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1/4 cup lime juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
    • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • Black olives, sliced
    • Fresh cilantro, chopped

    Steps:

    1. 1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes with olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
    2. 2. Combine the avocado, bell pepper, and onion in another bowl.
