- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the plant-based meat substitute, onion, garlic, soy sauce, and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until all sides are browned.
- Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the flour and stir for two minutes.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot.
