Ingredients
- 2 cups grated raw potato
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups almond milk or any plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons chives (optional for garnish)
- Vegan butter for frying
Steps:
- Wrap grated potatoes in a clean cloth and squeeze to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, mix together the squeezed grated potato, mashed potato, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add almond milk to form a thick batter.
