    Imagine starting your day with a Vegan Breakfast Bar, a delightfully nutritious and utterly delicious way to greet the morning. This isn’t just any breakfast bar; it’s a carefully crafted mosaic of flavors and textures, designed to energize your body and tantalize your taste buds from the first bite.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
    • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    • 1/4 cup almond butter
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • Salt to taste

    Steps:

    1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C)
    2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
    3. Press mixture into a lined baking pan.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes
    5. Cool and cut into bars
    6. Serve or pack for later!
