Ingredients
- 4 large yellow potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup of heart of palm, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon of chili paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
