    Ingredients

    • 2 avocados, sliced
    • 2 tomatoes, sliced
    • 1 cup of heart of palm, sliced
    • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Chopped parsley for garnish

    Steps:

    1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth, then mix in olive oil, lime juice, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
