Ingredients

  • 4 large yellow potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup of heart of palm, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste
