  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread slices or lettuce leaves for serving

Steps:

  1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas using a fork or potato masher.
  2. Add vegan mayonnaise, dijon mustard, red onions, celery, and pickles to the mashed chickpeas. Mix well.
