    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 cup vegetable broth
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup almond milk
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 1 cup crispy fried onions
