  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes

  • 1 cup dried lentils, rinsed
  • 1 can (14 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
