Perfect for special occasions or as a delightful meal, this dish offers a comforting taste of Japanese cuisine tailored for vegan preferences.

Ingredients

  • 300g sushi rice
  • 330ml water
  • 50ml rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 10 inari tofu pockets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
