    Deliciously spiced vegan Pfeffernüsse cookies, perfect for the holiday season with warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup almond flour
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup plant-based milk
    • 1/4 cup molasses
    • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon cloves
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Steps:

    1. In a large bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and spices.
    2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the molasses, brown sugar, and plant-based milk until smooth.
    3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
    4. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
    5. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    6. Let the cookies cool, then dust them with powdered sugar.
