Utilizing large, firm mushrooms as a base, they are expertly filled with a savory blend of sautéed spinach, vegan feta cheese, and aromatic spices.     Ingredients

    • 16 large mushrooms
    • 2 cups fresh spinach
    • 1/4 cup vegan feta cheese
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
