Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 green chili, sliced (optional)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 100g green beans, chopped
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
Steps:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until onions are soft.
- Add bell peppers, carrots, green beans, and cauliflower. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped tomatoes, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
