Savory bamboo fungus rolls packed with a tantalizing spicy tofu mixture. A perfect vegan delight that tantalizes the taste buds.
Ingredients
- 8 dried bamboo fungus, soaked and cleaned
- 200g firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 carrot, finely shredded
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Mix crumbled tofu with carrot, green onions, soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Take one bamboo fungus and open it gently. Place a spoonful of the tofu mixture in the center.
- Roll the fungus over the filling tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
