Recipe Description

Savory bamboo fungus rolls packed with a tantalizing spicy tofu mixture. A perfect vegan delight that tantalizes the taste buds.

Ingredients

  • 8 dried bamboo fungus, soaked and cleaned
  • 200g firm tofu, crumbled
  • 1 carrot, finely shredded
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

  1. Mix crumbled tofu with carrot, green onions, soy sauce, chili sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  2. Take one bamboo fungus and open it gently. Place a spoonful of the tofu mixture in the center.
  3. Roll the fungus over the filling tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
