Ingredients
- 4 cups oyster mushrooms, shredded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup vegan BBQ sauce
- 4 whole wheat sandwich buns
Steps:
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Add shredded mushrooms, soy sauce, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes, until mushrooms are soft.
