- 2 potatoes (diced)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric
Steps:
- Lemon Wedges for serving
