  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter, melted

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together plant-based milk, flour, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl. The mixture should be batter-like.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring each floret is evenly coated, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
