    Relish the simple yet delicious taste of our Classic Smashed Avocado on Toast. This dish features creamy, ripe avocados mashed and spread generously over toasted, whole-grain bread. Enhanced with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, a sprinkle of sea salt, and a dash of black pepper, each bite is a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Ideal for breakfast, brunch, or a light snack, it’s a nutritious and satisfying choice that never goes out of style.

    Ingredients

    • 4 slices of whole grain bread
    • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Red pepper flakes (optional)
    • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
    • 1 radish, thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

    Steps:

    1. Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
    2. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the avocado. Smash the mixture with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
    3. Toast the bread slices to your preference.
