Ingredients

  • 1 kg ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Ice water, as needed
