    Ingredients

    • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
    • 1/2 cup green peas, mashed
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon garam masala
    • 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
    • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
    • Oil for pan-frying

    Steps:

    1. Mix mashed potatoes and peas with cumin seeds, garam masala, amchur, turmeric, coriander, green chilies, and salt.
    2. Form the mixture into small patties. Dust each patty with chickpea flour to give a crispy coating.
    3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
    4. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
