Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 cup green peas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon amchur (dry mango powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chickpea flour
- Oil for pan-frying
Steps:
- Mix mashed potatoes and peas with cumin seeds, garam masala, amchur, turmeric, coriander, green chilies, and salt.
- Form the mixture into small patties. Dust each patty with chickpea flour to give a crispy coating.
