    Ingredients

    • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
    • 3/4 cup vegan sugar
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
