  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 package vegan vanilla wafers

Steps:

  1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
  2. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and vegan butter until well incorporated.
