- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- 1 package vegan vanilla wafers
Steps:
- In a saucepan, combine almond milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat.
