Ingredients

  • vegan spätzle (whole wheat flour, water, turmeric)
  • cashew nuts
  • nutritional yeast
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • salt
  • soy milk
  • tapioca starch
  • apple cider vinegar
  • fried onions

Steps:

  1. Prepare vegan spätzle dough and press through spätzle maker into boiling water.
  2. Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, soy milk, tapioca starch, and vinegar to create cheese sauce.
