- cashew nuts
- nutritional yeast
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- soy milk
- tapioca starch
- apple cider vinegar
- fried onions
Steps:
- Prepare vegan spätzle dough and press through spätzle maker into boiling water.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, soy milk, tapioca starch, and vinegar to create cheese sauce.
