Ingredients
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 200g fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 7-8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Stir in soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
