Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups vegan graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, room temperature
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tbsp soy milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz vegan chocolate
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Steps:
- Mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, walnuts, and coconut flakes. Press into the bottom of an 8×8 inch pan.
- Beat room temp butter, custard powder, powdered sugar, soy milk, and vanilla until light. Spread over the base layer.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the custard layer. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Cut into bars and serve.
