Ingredients

  • 1 vegan pie crust
  • 2 cups pecans, halved
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange the pecans in the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cornstarch, and water. Stir well.
