- 250g stale bread cubes
 - 200ml vegetable broth
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
 - 1/4 cup soy milk
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Steps:
- Soak bread cubes in vegetable broth until soft.
 - Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
 - Mix soaked bread, sautéed onion and garlic, parsley, nutritional yeast, and soy milk.
 - Season with salt and pepper, then shape into dumplings.
 - Cook dumplings in simmering water for 20 minutes.
