Ingredients

  • 250g stale bread cubes
  • 200ml vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:
