Ingredients

  • 250g stale bread cubes
  • 200ml vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Soak bread cubes in vegetable broth until soft.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Mix soaked bread, sautéed onion and garlic, parsley, nutritional yeast, and soy milk.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then shape into dumplings.
