Ingredients

  • 14 oz rice noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup tofu
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
