Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste
