Ingredients

  • 200g button mushrooms
  • 150g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 240ml plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
