    Ingredients

    • 1 zucchini, sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
    • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
    • 1 large onion, cut into squares
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp dried basil

    Steps:

    1. Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess water.
