Ingredients
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 carrot (minced)
- 1 celery stalk (finely diced)
- 1 cup brown lentils (diced)
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
