    Ingredients

    • 2 large sweet potatoes
    • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    • 8 corn tortillas
    • 1 avocado
    • 2 cups shredded cabbage
    • 1 lime
    • Salt to taste

    Steps:
