Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1/2 cup mixed lentils
  • 1 carrot, diced

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
