Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mixed lentils
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups water
Steps:
- Rinse and soak quinoa and lentils for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pot. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they start to pop.
